He has multiple tattoos including, but not solely, the words love across his left knuckles, and hate across his right knuckles, and a Naked lady ” Betty” on his right arm. Richard has health complications He currently may be/ become easily confused about his location. He had been staying at the Motel 6 in Delta Park, and is known to frequent St. Johns, Sauvie Island, and Scappoose in Oregon Richard was last seen around 5:00pm leaving The Ranger Tavern, 9520 North Lombard street located in St Johns.
He drives a 1999, matte black Toyota 4Runner. Oregon plates 716GPE It has been stated that he may be living in his vehicle.
