Payne and Hidleburg Missing – Help Locate Them
Police are asking for the public’s help following a reported domestic incident and kidnapping.
According to Clayton County Police, Joshua Lee Hidleburg, 28, forcibly pulled his girlfriend, Caitlyn Payne, 33, from her mother’s car in Jonesboro, dragged her into his and left in the direction of I-675N.
The incident was reported around 2 p.m. Wednesday.
Payne is described as 5 feet 2 inches, 120 lbs. with brown eyes and auburn/pink hair. She was last seen wearing purple Capri pants, a multicolored shirt and flip flops.
Hidleburg is described as 5 feet 9 inches, 150 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair. He also has tattoos on his face.
Payne is now considered missing and endangered.
